Sunday School

Sunday school starts at 9:30 am there are classes for all ages.

Worship Services

Sunday Services start at 10:30 am. Our services feature a traditional/blended worship style, casual dress, and children's church for ages 5 and under.

Small Group

Sunday Scripture and Prayer

What: Worship scripture will be read and the group will pray for the worship service, search for pastoral leadership and concerns of the congregation and group.
When: 9:00 to 9:20 Every Sunday morning starting June 28
Where: Salem Church Youth Building
Leader: Stan Bauman with leadership rotating among willing group members.
Childcare will be provided if needed.

Joyce Meyers Battle of the Mind

What: Book study with other group activities such as concerts
When: Sunday evenings at 4:00 p.m.
Leader: Kathy Augsburger
Where and how often to be decided

Women of the Bible and Crafts

What: Begin with studying the book of Ruth and making bracelets with Karen Reindel (small fee for materials)
When: Monday August 3 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Salem Church
Leader: Suzann Bauman
Babysitting will be provided if there is a need. Future study, crafts and meeting times will be discussed at first meeting.

Tuesday Morning Prayer Group

When: Every Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m.
Where: At the home of Georgia Cress

Red Letter Christians

What: Book study of Tony Campolo’s book
When: 7:00 p.m. Every other Tuesday starting in August
Where: Home of Larry and Ginny Cress
Leader: Ginny Cress

Young at Heart

What: Study of Jesus’ parables with an activity geared towards young adults and young families
When: Once a month, date pending on interest and activity. Please check the event calendar for more details.
Where: Depending on activity
Leader: Erin Bauman and others

Teen Concerns and the Bible

What: Discussion of everyday issues that teens face with related material and activities
Leaders: Shane and Adam Troyer
When and Where details are under development and will depend on the opinions of those interested in the group.

Regular service opportunities available in:

- Teaching ministries
- Traditional and contemporary music ministries
- A variety of community volunteer positions including the Et Cetera Shop in Bluffton and Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen in Lima.
