Paula Snyder Belousek has been the pastor at Salem Mennonite Church since October 2010. She hails from a small town Ontario, Canada. She came to the United States for undergraduate studies in Special Education and Psychology. She worked for many years in faith-based organizations serving adults with developmental disabilities. In 2005, she graduated from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary with a Masters of Divinity degree. She enjoys reading, eating international foods, container gardening and walking. She lives in Lima with her husband Darrin and young son, Liam.
